目的明确芪苈强心胶囊中的药效物质成分。方法采用UPLC串联Q-TOF-MS/MS对芪苈强心胶囊有效部位中的二萜类生物碱类成分进行了研究,使用质谱分析软件中的目标化合物筛查法,通过保留时间、精确相对分子质量和二级质谱裂解碎片鉴定监测到的化学成分。结果从芪苈强心胶囊中共鉴定了20个二萜类生物碱,其中双酯型生物碱6个,单酯型生物碱14个。结论本方法可以简单快捷地鉴定中药复方中的目标成分,为芪苈强心胶囊成分的明确和质量控制提供参考。
Objective Clear Qi Qiang Qiangxin capsule in the efficacy of substances. Methods The components of diterpene alkaloids in the active fractions of Qili Qiangnianxin Capsules were studied by UPLC tandem Q-TOF-MS / MS. The target compounds were screened by mass spectrometry software, The molecular mass and mass spectrometry cleavage fragments identify the monitored chemical constituents. Results A total of 20 diterpenoid alkaloids were identified from Qili Qiangxin Capsules, including 6 di-ester alkaloids and 14 monoester alkaloids. Conclusion This method can identify the target components of Chinese herbal compound simply and quickly, and provide a reference for the clarification and quality control of Qili Qiangxin capsule.
