随着社会的不断发展,档案管理面也要与时俱进,不断调整管理手段,电子档案是利用计算机进行各种数据出力和存储,并且具有一定时间长度的数据资料记录。在信息技术高度发达的今天,档案信息已经成为社会中必不可少的重要内容。应该以现代信息技术为依托,将电子档案与纸质档案有机结合起来,开展科学化的整合管理,以推进档案事业的可持续发展。
