分别采用无机碱NaOH和有机碱三乙醇胺(TEA)改性USY分子筛,并以改性USY为载体制备了MoNi/USY加氢脱氧催化剂。XRD、N_2吸附脱附、NH3-TPD、Py-IR等表征结果表明,碱改性改变了USY的孔结构和酸性,TEA改性USY的孔径、B酸和L酸量均高于NaOH改性USY的。作为小桐子油加氢脱氧催化剂的载体,USY的TEA改性优于USY的NaOH改性。
USY molecular sieves were modified with inorganic base NaOH and organic triethanolamine (TEA) respectively, and MoNi / USY hydrodesulfurization catalysts were prepared with modified USY as carrier. The results of XRD, N 2 adsorption and desorption, NH 3 -TPD and Py-IR indicated that the alkali modification changed the pore structure and acidity of USY. The pore size, the amount of B acid and L acid of TEA modified USY were higher than that of NaOH modified USY’s. As a carrier of Jatropha oil hydrodeoxygenation catalyst, TEA modification of USY is better than NaOH modification of USY.
