早就认为父母ABO血型不合是胎死宫内的重要原因之一。自Landsteiner发现ABO血型以来,资料很多,也有不同的意见。最近所采用较新的途径是研究在妊娠前半期,孕母与自然流产的胎儿二者之间ABO血型的关系。
It has long been considered one of the major causes of fetal death in the ABO blood group. Since Landsteiner found ABO blood type, the information is plentiful, there are different opinions. A recent newer approach is to study the ABO blood type relationship between the pregnant and spontaneous abortions during the first trimester of pregnancy.
