1985年以来,我们通过抓培训、抓管理、抓自身建设,会计事务管理工作落到了实处,走出一条“求实”、“奋进”的新路子,使全市会计人员的业务素质有了明显的提高。我们的作法是: 一、积极开展会计专业教育,多渠道培养会计人才。 1985年以来,我们针对全市会计队伍“二多一少”(新手多青年多,业务骨干少)的状况,提出了学历教育与岗位培训双管齐下,多层次、多形式、多渠道培养会计人才的战略模式。经过近五年多的艰苦努力,初步形成了具有“集宁特色”的培养会计人才的三条途径。一是以“中华会计函授学校”和“内蒙电大乌盟分校”为依托的学历教育。从1985年正式建立中华会计函授中专集宁辅导站至今,我们先后录取220人,参加了三年制中专会计函授学习,已有88人正式毕业,成为我市各条战线的业务骨干。去年,我们在乌盟电大分校的协助下,又办起了培养高级实用型人才的三年制半脱产“财务会计”大专班,招收学
Since 1985, by grasping training, grasping management and focusing on self-construction, the management of accounting affairs has come to an end and a new path of “truth-seeking” and “progressive” has been made so that the professional qualifications of accountants in the city have been significantly improved. Our approach is: First, actively carry out education in accounting, multi-channel training of accounting personnel. After nearly five years of hard work, initially formed three channels of “accounting for the characteristics of Jining” training of accounting personnel. First, “China Accounting Correspondence School” and “Inner Mongolia TVU UMC branch” as the basis of academic education. From 1985, we formally established the Ningguidance Station of China Accounting Correspondence Secondary Vocational School so far. We have admitted 220 people and participated in the three-year accounting correspondence study. There are already 88 graduates who formally graduated, becoming the backbone of our business in all fronts. Last year, with the assistance of UNAM branch office, we also set up a three-year junior college graduation program of “Financial Accounting” to train senior practical talents.
