中国实行改革开放政策后,外国企业频繁到中国投资或建立公司,韩国也是其中之一。外企的增加是中国经济增长不可否认的原因之一,但同时也产生诸多问题。外国经营者和中国工人之间的工作冲突和矛盾难以避免,甚至日益增加。因此,本文按企业的行业分类,采用问卷调查和直接访谈形式,调查了27家在京韩国中小独资企业(以下简称在京韩企)及其员工情况,其中对中国劳动者先按其从事的工作进行分组,然后从每组中随机抽取一名职工进行调查。最后收回有效调查问卷147份,其中韩国经营者27份、中国劳动者120份。调查问卷主要涉及中国劳动者的工资待遇、户口情况、保险福利、劳动合同、劳动争议、工会设置、工作迁移等与劳资关系相关的一些问题,以及韩国经营者对中国的劳动者素质、社会保障制度以及工会的认知状况。
After China implemented the policy of reform and opening up, foreign companies frequently went to China to invest or set up companies, and South Korea was one of them. The increase of foreign enterprises is one of the reasons that China's economic growth is undeniable, but it also has many problems at the same time. Work conflicts and conflicts between foreign operators and Chinese workers are hard to avoid or even increase. Therefore, this paper investigates the situation of 27 small and medium-sized single-owned enterprises in Beijing and South Korea (hereinafter referred to as “Beijing-Korea enterprises”) and their staff according to the industry classification of the enterprises, using questionnaires and direct interviews. Among them, the work of Chinese laborers Grouping, and then randomly select a worker from each group to investigate. In the end, 147 valid questionnaires were returned, of which 27 were from South Korea and 120 from China. The questionnaire mainly deals with some issues related to the labor-capital relations such as wages, account status, insurance benefits, labor contracts, labor disputes, trade union settings, job relocation and other issues related to labor-capital relations among Chinese laborers as well as the impact of Korean managers on China's laborer's quality, social security System and trade union awareness.
