近期,英国一家触摸式产品公司 Quantum Research公布了一种称为 QField的新技术。该公司利用电荷转移 感应技术首次设计出只有1层铟锡氧化 物(ITO)导电层的电容式触摸屏(常用的 电阻式和电容式触摸屏需要2层)。 QField技术省略了对打开面板、密封层 和前盖的需要,因为ITO层可以印刷在 触摸屏表面(一般是玻璃或塑料)的下层, 这一特性可以大大简化触摸屏的结构并 降低制造成本。
Recently, Quantum Research, a touch-based product company in the United Kingdom, announced a new technology called QField. The company used charge-transfer sensing technology to design a capacitive touch screen with only 1 ITO conductive layer (two layers are commonly used for resistive and capacitive touch screens). The QField technology eliminates the need to open the panel, the sealing layer and the front cover because the ITO layer can be printed on the underside of the touch screen surface, typically glass or plastic, which greatly simplifies the touch screen structure and reduces manufacturing costs.
