设计了一种用于矿用电动轮自卸车牵引变流器传动控制单元(DCU)的CAN通信装置,包括其CAN通信接口、RS232通信接口及网关功能;装置单板采用LPC2294作为处理器芯片,采用μC/OS-II实时操作系统管理系统资源和应用程序的调度处理;单板外形设计成普通信用卡大小的子板形式,安装在变流器DCU中的CPU主控板上。联调试验和装车运行考核结果表明,该CAN通信装置运行稳定可靠,性能和指标达到了矿用电动轮车网络通信设计要求。
A CAN communication device is designed for the DCU of traction converter of mining electric wheel dump truck, including CAN communication interface, RS232 communication interface and gateway function. The device adopts LPC2294 as the processor chip, Using μC / OS-II real-time operating system management system resources and application scheduling processing; veneer form factor design into a common credit card size sub-board form, installed in the converter DCU in the CPU control board. The joint commissioning test and loading test results show that the CAN communication device is stable and reliable, and the performance and indexes have reached the requirements of the design of mining electric vehicle network communication.
