Two medical researchers in Brussels, Belgium, said the small spots on their pictures of lymphocytes were probably viral images of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). This lymphocyte is isolated from the blood of a Zairian patient while the patient is being observed in Saint-Pierre Hospital, University of Brussels.
