We used AaP stems as raw materials to extract water-soluble polysaccharides and observed its effects on lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin 2 (IL-2) production in mice. The preliminary results are as follows. 1 in vitro test 1 ~ 3H-TdR incorporation method observed AaP polysaccharide on the proliferation of splenocytes in mice.
