直接空凝汽器具有节能减排、经济效益高的优势,在缺水地区的应用日益广泛。其中钢结构构架是主要支撑结构,对空冷器抗震性能、抗风性能等具有极大影响。现阶段,空冷钢结构已经从传统构架形式转化为大跨度构架支撑结构,新型钢支撑结构在设计载荷极端情况下仍具有一定的安全余量。本文针对钢结构构架的设计及应用进行了分析,根据受力模型、杆件内力计算等进行了结果优化,提出构架设计的主要注意事项。
Direct air-cooled condenser has the advantages of energy saving and emission reduction, high economic benefits and is widely used in water-scarce areas. Among them, the steel structure frame is the main support structure, which has a great influence on the anti-vibration performance and wind-resistance performance of the air cooler. At this stage, the air-cooled steel structure has been transformed from the traditional frame form into a large-span frame support structure, and the new steel support structure still has a certain safety margin under the design load extreme. In this paper, the design and application of steel structure frame are analyzed, and the results are optimized according to the stress model and internal force calculation of the rod. The main considerations of the frame design are proposed.
