在社会主义市场经济条件下,企业要生存和发展,一般都会有实施名牌战略的自觉要求。虽然,企业实施名牌战略是为了名牌效益,完全是企业行为,但是,这并不等于说,实施名牌战略就仅仅是企业自己的事情。名牌战略是一个综合性的系统工程,它包括丰富的内容,除了健全企业机制、强化企业管理外,还要建造一个良好的社会环境和经济环境,而建造这种环境的最佳组织者就是政府。因此说,实施名牌战略也是政府工作中不可分割的一部分。在企业实施名牌战略中,企业与政府之间的行为,从某种意义上来讲,是主观与客观、内因与外因的关系。政府应该积极参与制订规划、维护秩序、协调引导、发展和保护名牌,创造一个良好的外部环境,让每个企业平等竞争。企业只有在这种规则下,才能充分发挥自己的机制,创造名牌,发展名牌。

Therefore, implementing brand name strategy is also an integral part of the government’s work. In the implementation of brand strategy in enterprises, the behavior between enterprises and the government, in a sense, is the subjective and objective, internal and external relations. The government should take an active part in making plans and maintaining order. It should coordinate, guide, develop and protect famous brands and create a favorable external environment in which all enterprises should compete on an equal footing. Only under such rules, enterprises can give full play to their own mechanisms to create brand names and develop brand names.
