数字疲劳传感器是一种电阻响应传感器,其核心元件疲劳计是由特殊退火处理康铜材料制成的,具有不逆电阻疲劳载荷响应的特性,在交变载荷作用下该传感器产生不可逆电阻改变,而且电阻的变化可以反映结构疲劳加载历程,是一种理想的结构状态监测装置。本文首先阐述了其基本特性和工作原理,然后根据桥梁载荷谱的瑞利分布特点,设计了双疲劳计响应载荷谱测定方法,得到疲劳传感器电阻变化与桥梁瑞利载荷谱的对应关系。最后介绍了基于该传感器的疲劳载荷监测系统和在东海大桥监测应用情况。
The digital fatigue sensor is a kind of resistance response sensor. Its core element fatigue meter is made of special annealed Kangtong material, which has the characteristics of non-resistance fatigue load response. The sensor produces irreversible resistance change under alternating load, And the change of resistance can reflect the structural fatigue loading process, which is an ideal structural condition monitoring device. In this paper, the basic characteristics and working principle are expounded first. Then according to the Rayleigh distribution characteristics of the bridge load spectrum, the double fatigue meter response spectrum method is designed and the corresponding relationship between the resistance change of the fatigue sensor and the Rayleigh load spectrum of the bridge is obtained. Finally, the fatigue load monitoring system based on the sensor and the monitoring application in the East China Sea Bridge are introduced.
