In order to study the changes of strong earthquakes due to the different topography and geology conditions, Japan’s Ministry of Construction Building Research Institute decided to set up strong earthquakes in Sendai. The first set of strong earthquakes was started in 1984 and is scheduled to be the last Expanded to set up strong earthquakes in 11 locations, the formation of high-density seismic observation network. The purpose of this work is to study the impact of complex vibrations of the actual earthquake on the building and thus to help increase the seismic capacity of the building. In the study of seismic buildings, although there has been progress in the study of building rocking problems, there are still many problems that are causing the phenomenon, namely the surface vibration itself, but the truth remains unclear.
