随着经济的不断发展和我国综合国力的不断提升,给我国煤矿企业注入了新的发展活力。中层管理人员作为煤矿企业的重要力量,其素质水平的高低直接关系着煤矿企业的整体走向和发展战略等重大决策问题,必须引起相关人员的高度重视。本文着重分析了煤矿企业中层管理人员中存在着的主要问题,并阐述了中层管理人员应该具备的基本素质,就如何进一步提高中层管理人员的素质进行了探讨,提出了一些意见和看法,以便供广大相关人员参考。
