一、什么是诱发电位感觉系统受到刺激时在中枢神经系统内引起的电位变化。受刺激的部位可以是感觉器官,感觉神经或感觉传导途径上的任何一点。诱发电位是缓慢的电变化,这种电变化不是单个细胞的放电,主要是许多突触后电位的总和,这种电位变化可分为二部分: 1.主反应,亦称原发反应(Primary response)潜伏期5~12ms,比较固定,一般波峰向下为正,波峰向上为负,这种反应系锥体细胞电活动的综合。 2.后发放(After discharge),在主反应之后出现的一系列正相周期电位变化,潜伏期较长,约30~80ms,系皮层与丘脑接替核之间的环路活动的结果。
