我厂担负着250型及东风牌三轮摩托车的修理及部分配件任务。在修理过程中发现缸体中镶的钢套磨损较严重,维修中占很大的工作量。针对提高气缸体耐磨性的要求,我们经多次反复试验,试制成一种铸铝合金松孔镀铬的气缸体。它有如下的优点。 1.铸铝合金气缸体,采用金属型铸造,散热片厚度可铸成2毫米。表面光滑、美观,散热条件好,重量轻,毛重为2.5公斤,净重为2.2公斤。 2.铝合金气缸体经镀铬松孔后比镶钢套的气缸体耐磨性提高5~7倍。
