为农民工办理养老保险,是保障农民工基本权益,进而解决三农问题的重要举措之一。然而,我国不少地方出现了农民工养老保险参保率低而退保率升高的现象。“显然,农民工退保损害了农民工权益,使他们晚年无法享受社会保障。当数量庞大的农民工群体面临老无所养的困境时,将成为一个严重的社会问题。”因此,面对农民工退保现象,我们一方面呼吁有关部门尽早出台《农民工养老保险办法》,另一方面,我们也要呼吁农民工兄弟且慢退保。同时,本刊加大宣传力度,就农民工退保现象深入采访了农民工、企业家、专家学者以及摘编了部分两会代表有关讲话,旨在让农民工了解参保的重要性,明白相关办法正在制定中,转接困难等问题一定会得到解决。请看——
