目的 :探讨免疫组织化学在针吸细胞学中的应用。方法 :采用一组单克隆或多克隆抗体 ,应用免疫组织化学S P法 ,对 68例针吸细胞涂片进行标记。结果 :免疫组化标记后诊断为 3 5例转移性癌 (CK+、CEA+、EMA+、LCA-) ,2 4例淋巴瘤 (LCA+、CK-、CEA-、EMA-) ,4例恶性黑色素瘤 (HMB45+、S 10 0 +) ,3例间叶源性肿瘤 (Vi mentin+) ,2例前列腺癌 (PSA+)。 68例针吸细胞涂片经HE染色细胞学诊断 4 9例有分歧 ,经免疫组化标记后均能明确诊断。结论 :免疫组织化学可应用于针吸细胞涂片 ,为细胞学诊断和鉴别诊断提供了一个新的手段 ,从而进一步提高细胞学诊断水平。
Objective: To explore the application of immunohistochemistry in needle aspiration cytology. Methods : A series of monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies were used to label 68 needle aspirate smears by immunohistochemical SP method. RESULTS: After immunohistochemical labeling, 35 cases of metastatic carcinoma (CK+, CEA+, EMA+, LCA-), 24 cases of lymphoma (LCA+, CK-, CEA-, and EMA-) were diagnosed, and 4 cases of malignant melanoma ( HMB45+, S 10 0 +), 3 cases of leaf-derived tumor (Vi mentin+), 2 cases of prostate cancer (PSA+). 68 cases of needle-aspirated cell smears were HE-stained for cytological diagnosis. 49 cases were divergent and were diagnosed by immunohistochemistry. Conclusion : Immunohistochemistry can be applied to aspiration smears to provide a new tool for cytological diagnosis and differential diagnosis, thus further improving cytological diagnosis.
