在义和团运动研究中 ,囿于“义和团、起山东”的传统观点 ,直隶与山东两省义和团关系的研究长期被扭曲和忽略。认为 :直隶与山东均为义和团运动的发源地 ,两省义和团始终存在着相互影响、相互支援和联合斗争的关系 ;在宗教仪式和斗争方式上 ,两省也由相互渗透而走向融合趋同 ,这种关系的主流汇成了华北义和团运动的高潮。
In the study of Boxer Rebellion, from the traditional view of “Boxers, from Shandong”, the research on the relations between the Boxers in Zhili and Shandong Provinces has long been distorted and ignored. Both Zhili and Shandong are the birthplace of the Boxer Rebellion. There always exists the relationship between the Boxer Reunification and the mutual support and joint struggle between the two provinces. In terms of religious rituals and struggles, the two provinces have also moved from mutual penetration to integration and convergence, The mainstream of this relationship has come to the climax of the Boxer movement in North China.
