Chilling rate is the kinetic condition for the formation of amorphous alloys. When the critical cooling rate is lower than the critical cooling rate, the volume fraction of the crystal increases with the decrease of the cooling rate and gradually transitions to the equilibrium state. Above the critical cooling rate, the chaos of the system increases with the increase of the cooling rate. In this case, how does the corresponding amorphous structure and properties change? Some work in other countries has initially involved ~ ([1, 2]). The research results are basically qualitative and many problems are still inconclusive.
