本研究旨在评价和比较氢氧化钙和碘化钾碘两种根管消毒药物对根管壁感染牙本质小管的体外抗菌作用。作者采用新拔除的完整人牙截去根尖,余留4~6mm长的牙根,根管经扩大、冲洗并证实无菌后分为3组:第1组为感染组,标本置于有粪链球菌的液体硫乙醇酸钠培养基中孵育27天,第2组为污染组,将标本与粪链球菌接触10分钟;第3组为对照组,标本在无菌液体硫乙醇酸钠中孵育.无菌下随机从3组标本中抽取标本,经固定、冲洗、石蜡包埋,每一标本均切取垂直于牙根长
The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the in vitro antibacterial effects of two kinds of root canal disinfectants, calcium hydroxide and potassium iodide, on the dentinal tubules infected by root canal wall.
