目的调查2010—2012年深圳市职业健康检查复查工作完成情况,提出落实职业健康检查复查工作的建议性措施。方法分析2010—2012年在深圳市职业病防治院进行职业健康检查的135 947名员工职业健康检查及复查受检情况。结果 2010—2012年发现需排除目标疾病的复查人员共12 598人,检出率9.27%,实际复查人数7 310人,复查率为58.03%。2012年在岗期间职业健康检查复查率高于2010年(71.41%vs 46.95%,P<0.05)。结论 2010—2012年深圳市职业健康检查复查率总体较低,应加大职业健康检查复查工作的监督与落实,建立完善的复查跟踪措施,制定复查工作紧急预案方案,切实做到及时发现职业健康损害、疑似职业病和职业禁忌证。
Objective To investigate the completion of the review of occupational health examination in Shenzhen from 2010 to 2012 and put forward the recommended measures to carry out the review of occupational health examination. Methods The occupational health examination and review of 135 947 employees who carried out occupational health examination in Shenzhen Occupational Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed. Results A total of 12 598 reviewers were found to be excluded from the target diseases in 2010-2012. The detection rate was 9.27%. The actual number of reviewers was 7 310 and the review rate was 58.03%. Occupational health examination during the 2012 in-service review rate was higher than in 2010 (71.41% vs 46.95%, P <0.05). Conclusion The review rate of occupational health examination in Shenzhen is generally low from 2010 to 2012. The supervision and implementation of occupational health examination and review should be strengthened. A comprehensive review and follow-up measure should be established to formulate a contingency plan for review and make timely detection of occupational health Damage, suspected occupational diseases and occupational contraindications.
