Acid phosphatase(ACPase)-positive nematolysosomes in mouse hepatocytes and thepancreatic exocrine acinar cells were studied with ultracytoehemical method.The nematolyso-somes were 2～8μm in length,0.1～0.3μm in diameter.Some branched and some did notbranch,and most of them winded through the organelles.
