目的提升学生心理健康水平。方法讲授《健康人格心理学》课程并且在课前与课后两次使用16PF量表对选课学生进行课前与课后测查。结果学生主观报告该课程对于有效提升自身心理健康水平具有很好的效果,但在16PF测试结果上,除一项因子有显著性变化外,其他因子得分虽较课前有变化,但经t检验,并未达到显著性。结论《健康人格心理学》课程可以有效改善学生心理健康状况,提升学生心理健康水平,但是其中一些因素的影响值得讨论。
Objective To improve students’ mental health. Methods To teach the course of “Healthy Personality Psychology” and to use the 16PF scale twice before and after class to conduct the pre-class and after-class tests for students taking the course. Results The students subjectively reported that the course had a good effect on effectively improving their mental health level. However, on the 16PF test results, except for a significant change, scores of other factors changed compared with those before the test. However, after the t test , Did not reach significance. Conclusion The course of “Healthy Personality Psychology” can effectively improve students’ mental health status and improve their mental health level, but some of these factors are worth discussing.
