中医认为,桑葚具有补肝益肾、养血生津、滋阴补血、润肠通便、生津止渴等功效。桑葚含有一种叫花青素的成分,具有很强的抗氧化能力,而颜色越深,所含的花青素就越多。不仅如此,桑葚还有另外一种抗氧化成分——桑葚多糖。现代研究认为,桑葚具有调节免疫、抗疲劳、抗衰老等作用。
