1995年日本发生震级为7.3级的阪神大地震,伤亡惨重,建筑和公路毁于一旦,引发了日本对钢铁材料重要性的思考。为了适应未来发展,很多学者提出要开发更坚固的钢铁材料。这是研发“超级钢铁”的起源。
The magnitude-4.5 Hanshin earthquake in Japan in 1995 caused heavy casualties and the destruction of buildings and highways, sparking Japanese thinking about the importance of steel. In order to adapt to future development, many scholars have proposed to develop stronger steel materials. This is the origin of R & D “Super Steel”.
