本文介绍在普通机床上小批量制造小直径铰刀的方法。一、小直径铰刀的结构图1是直径小于2mm的高速钢铰刀结构。这种铰刀在加工过程中主要通过挤压作用使小孔获得较高的光洁度、尺寸精度和几何精度。其径向截面齿形一般为正三角形(图1a)或正五边形(图1b),通常称为三棱铰刀或五梭铰刀。使用效果以五棱铰刀较好,因为外径相同时,五棱铰刀的刚度较好,切削平稳。五棱小直径铰刀在制造过程中,磨外圆与磨齿形(包括切削部分与校正部分)是两道关键工序。
This article describes the method of making small diameter reamers in small quantities on a common machine tool.
