作者报告1例由于接触乳胶手套引起的接触性荨麻疹和哮喘病例。患者女性,37岁,自1975年以来一直在医院透析室做护士工作,无鼻息肉及鼻窦炎病史,但有接触食品或药物引起荨麻疹的病史和季节性鼻炎史,需要做周期性治疗,许多半抗原物质皮肤试验阳性。7年前因戴乳胶手套发生荨麻疹和流鼻涕,后改用其它手套。4年前戴乳胶手套的妇科医生为她进行检查后,接触部位瘙痒并出现荨麻疹。此后尽管
