高应力磷矿资源的机械化连续开采是矿山开采技术的发展方向之一。在待回采矿房内沿走向和倾向布置多条诱导巷道,引起巷道周边矿体应力高度集中,诱发矿体裂纹扩展而形成破裂区。采用钻孔电视对诱导破裂区进行实测,然后设计合理的切割方案,开展磷矿体机械化开采工业试验,并统计切割矿量、效率、截齿消耗等多项数据。结果表明,基于地压诱导致裂的高应力磷矿体机械化开采是可行的。
Mechanized continuous mining of high stress phosphate rock resources is one of the development directions of mining technology. In the mining house to be back along the trend and tendency to arrange a number of induced roadway, causing highly concentrated ore body around the tunnel, induced by the crack growth and the formation of rupture. Bored TV was used to measure the induced rupture zone, and then a reasonable cutting scheme was designed to carry out the industrial test of mechanized mining of phosphate ore body. The statistics of cutting ore amount, efficiency and cutting tooth consumption were also collected. The results show that mechanized mining of high-stress phosphate orebodies based on ground pressure induced fractures is feasible.
