581-G 型光电比色计(Photoelectric Colorimet-er)是临床化验常用的较精密仪器之一。其原理是根据朗伯-比尔(Lambert-Beer)氏定律的基本原理:溶液的光密度与物质的浓度及液层的厚度成正比。从而测出溶液内物质含量的多少,在临床上借以辅助对疾病的诊断。该仪器使用方便,性能稳定,故被普遍采用。现将其操作与维修事项作一简要的介绍,以便提高准确度和应用效果。一、光电比色计的操作方法及注意事项:1.仪器应放在稳固的工作台上,避免受震动。2.在插入电源之前,应先检验使用电源电压是否和比色计铬牌上所述的电压和周率相同。使用交流电时,插头应有地线并和仪器相通。并要注意插入电源之前,先将开关及粗、细调节旋钮拨到“0”位上。
