火电厂制粉系统中仍广泛使用钢球磨煤机来磨制煤粉。但大部分球磨机系统都运行在保守工况下,造成制粉单耗大,系统出力小。原因之一就是至今还没有一种实用、准确的方法对磨煤机内的存煤量(磨负荷)进行测量。传统的利用磨煤机进出口差压信号来来表征磨负荷的方法易受通风量、煤种等影响,误差较大。本文归纳了近年来提出来的磨负荷测量方法,如磨电流、振动频谱分析法、基于神经网络的软测量法以及数据融合方法等,并进行了分析比较,最后得出一些有益的结论。
Pulverized coal mills are still widely used in power plant pulverizing systems to pulverize pulverized coal. However, most of the ball mill systems are running in conservative conditions, resulting in a single milling unit, the system output is small. One of the reasons is that so far there is no practical and accurate way to measure coal storage (mill load) in the coal mill. The traditional method of using mill differential pressure signal to characterize the mill load is easily affected by the amount of ventilation, coal, etc., and the error is relatively large. This paper summarizes the load measurement methods proposed in recent years, such as grinding current, vibration spectrum analysis, neural network-based soft-sensing and data fusion methods, and so on. Finally, some useful conclusions are drawn.
