單班、复式班教师总感到备課工作很困难。有些教师認为:水平低,沒有能力备好課;工作忙,沒有时間备好課;备課工作效率不高。針对这些情况,我們在本期发表了一組文章。作者从亲身的体驗中談出:水平低,經过自己努力,同样能备好課,工作忙,只要合理安排,时間問題也能解决;从各方面吸取业务知識及工作經驗,改进备課方法,按照單班教学的特点,縱横兼顾,通过细致深入的鑽研,就能分别詳略做好笔記便利课堂教学,以提高教学質量。但是就备課方面來講,由于各人具体条件不同,問題是多样的。这几篇文章仅是几个人的意見,并不能解决所有問題,我們希望广大的單班、复式班教师发挥創造性努力做好这一工作。
