目的:探讨随机扩增DNA多态性基因分型法对于细菌分型的应用价值。方法:对23株铜绿假单胞菌临床分离株提取基因组DNA,采用两条随机引物对基因组进行随机扩增后根据电泳条带分型。结果:两条随机可以把铜绿假单胞菌分为不同的基因型。结论:单纯应用单个随机引物对病原菌进行随机扩增DNA多态性基因分型结果缺乏可信度。
Objective: To investigate the value of genotyping by random amplified polymorphic DNA (DNA) polymorphism in bacterial typing. Methods: Genomic DNA was extracted from 23 strains of clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Two random primers were used to amplify the genome randomly and then classified by electrophoresis. Results: Two randomized Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains were divided into different genotypes. Conclusion: The results of DNA polymorphism genotyping using random primers alone for random amplification of pathogens are lack of credibility.
