共享经济的浪潮已经席卷全球,共享经济下的货运O2O平台作为共享经济的创新形式之一,近年来备受国内外投资界的追捧和学术界的高度关注。本文以快狗速运为案例,利用ASCI顾客满意度模型对共享经济下货运O2O平台双边主体的满意度进行了研究,并分析了满意度影响因素与整体满意度的相关程度,以帮助共享经济下的货运O2O平台发现平台运营中可能存在的问题,认识到双边主体对各种因素的重视程度,从而有针对性的对平台运营作出改进。
