糖尿病胰岛素治疗的进展有二,一是高纯度人胰岛素的临床应用;另一是使用胰岛素泵的持续皮下注射和胰岛素强化治疗。关于胰岛素泵的应用,国内已有经验介绍。随着材料科学和电子技术的进步,闭环式人工胰(人工胰岛)的研制取得了迅速发展,国外正在推广使用,国内尚未见报告。本文简要总结闭环式人工胰临床应用的经验体会。
There are two advances in the treatment of diabetic insulin, one clinical application of high purity human insulin; the other is the continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump and insulin intensive treatment using insulin pump. On the application of insulin pump, the domestic experience has been introduced. With the progress of material science and electronic technology, the development of closed-loop artificial pancreas (artificial islet) has achieved rapid development. Foreign countries are promoting the use of it, and no reports have been reported in China. This article briefly summarizes the closed-loop artificial pancreatic clinical experience experience.
