通过收集和测量来自麻栎自然分布区的北京、安徽、江西、河北、山东、河南、云南、四川、重庆、陕西等10个省15个地理种源的种子,运用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析,探讨了不同种源麻栎种子各性状的变异及原因。结果表明:麻栎种子的种子长、种子宽、种子长宽比、单果重等性状差异均达到极显著水平(p<0.01);种子宽与种子长宽比呈显著负相关(p<0.05);单果重与种子长宽比呈显著负相关(p<0.05);种子宽与单果重呈极显著正相关(p<0.01);而种子其它性状间均未达显著性相关水平(p≥0.05);单果重与7月均温呈显著正相关(p<0.05),其他生态因子与种子性状相关性不显著(p≥0.05);聚类分析显示15个种源的麻栎可聚为3类。
By collecting and measuring 15 geographic provenances of seeds from 10 provinces of Beijing, Anhui, Jiangxi, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Yunnan, Sichuan, Chongqing and Shaanxi from the natural distribution area of Quercus acutissima, the data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software, This paper discussed the variation of the characters of Quercus acutissima seeds from different provenances and their causes. The results showed that seed length, seed width, seed aspect ratio, single fruit weight and other traits were significantly different (p <0.01) (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between seed weight and fruit weight (p <0.01), while no significant correlation was found between other seed weight and seed weight (p≥0.05 (P <0.05). The correlation between other ecological factors and seed traits was not significant (p≥0.05). Cluster analysis showed that 15 provenances of Quercus acutissima could be aggregated into 3 class.
