The Hexi Corridor Project in Gansu Province is a key agricultural comprehensive development project determined by Gansu’s Ninth Five-Year Plan and the 2010 Vision Plan. It is also a state-level agricultural comprehensive development project approved by the State Council and used by the World Bank. A total investment of 2.697 billion yuan, of which the World Bank loan 150 million US dollars, duration 10 years. Under the project, ten sets of bidding works, such as Changmasi Main Canal Power Station, are the intended projects of the World Bank to provide the loans.
