陶瓷纤维具有导热系数低、容重轻等优点,因而被应用于工业炉上,但它的强度低、怕碰撞,又限制了它的应用。因而目前有些人认为因生产水平所限陶瓷纤维质量差,而影响其应用。再有一点是:由于对陶瓷纤维的性能不熟悉,应用经验少,因而推广中造成了一些不应有的损失。因而引起了争论。我们认为目前大多数厂家生产的陶瓷纤维应用在1000℃以下是没有多大问题的。我们下面列举几例来说明应用的情况。
