目的分析大庆市儿童缺铁性贫血患病现状及其影响因素。方法选取2011年6月—2012年12月15所幼儿园1 893名学龄前儿童,采用统一调查表询问一般状况及病史,并进行血红蛋白、血清铁蛋白等测定。数据用单因素及多因素logistic回归方法对儿童缺铁性贫血的影响因素进行分析。结果 1 893名学龄前儿童缺铁性贫血患病率为5.8%。经单因素及多因素logistic回归分析,年龄、儿童饮食及胃肠因素、母亲贫血史是影响学龄前儿童缺铁性贫血的因素。结论该市儿童缺铁性贫血患病率低于我国儿童,但仍应根据影响儿童缺铁性贫血患病因素加强健康教育。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in children in Daqing and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 1 893 preschool children in 15 kindergartens from June 2011 to December 2012 were selected. The general condition and medical history were surveyed by using the unified questionnaire. The hemoglobin and serum ferritin were measured. Data using single factor and multivariate logistic regression analysis of factors affecting children with iron deficiency anemia. Results The prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in 1 893 preschool children was 5.8%. By univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis, age, children’s diet and gastrointestinal factors, and the history of anemia in mothers were the factors influencing iron deficiency anemia in preschool children. Conclusion The prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in children in this city is lower than that in our country, but health education should still be strengthened according to the factors influencing iron deficiency anemia in children.
