①目的观察甘糖酯(PGMS)对红细胞脂质过氧化损伤的影响,探讨其保护红细胞的机制。②方法以FeCl2/抗坏血酸为氧自由基发生系统和以活性氧(H2O2)作用于红细胞,观察PGMS对红细胞溶血度、红细胞膜脂质过氧化物(LPO)和红细胞变形能力(ED)的影响。③结果PGMS能明显降低红细胞溶血度,且随着浓度增加其作用逐渐加强,与对照组比较差异有极显著性(t=3.170~4.860,P<0.01,0.001)。PGMS能明显降低红细胞膜LPO浓度和提高ED,与对照组比较差异有极显著性(t=3.382~6.880,P<0.01,0.001)。④结论PGMS在红细胞膜水平上能直接对抗氧自由基引发的膜脂质过氧化损伤。
①Objective To investigate the effect of PGMS on erythrocyte lipid peroxidation and to explore its mechanism of protecting erythrocytes. Methods The effect of PGMS on hemolysis, erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxides (LPO) and erythrocyte deformability (ED) was investigated by using FeCl2 / ascorbate as oxygen free radical system and reactive oxygen species (H2O2) as erythrocytes. Results PGMS could significantly reduce hemolysis of erythrocytes, and its effect gradually strengthened with the increase of concentration, which was significantly different from that of the control group (t = 3.170-4.860, P <0.01,0.001) . PGMS could significantly reduce the LPO concentration of erythrocyte membrane and increase ED, compared with the control group, the difference was significant (t = 3.382 ~ 6.880, P <0.01,0.001). ④ Conclusions PGMS can directly antagonize the lipid peroxidation induced by oxygen free radicals at the level of erythrocyte membrane.
