近代以来,“新乐”逐渐兴起,各种近现代意义的音乐戏曲组织纷纷成立。九一八事变后,音乐戏曲界将音乐戏曲运动推向高潮,使音乐戏曲的改造融入进了抗战救亡的潮流之中。抗战时期江西省成立了推行音乐教育委员会及江西省会民众娱乐指导委员会等地方音乐机关,主导了这一时期江西音乐戏曲事业的发展。在处理民众音乐方面,江西省地方音乐机关对民间音乐戏曲同业公会、各娱乐场所及行业从业者进行管理,两者之间不断博弈,在加强乐政管理的同时,也推进了民间音乐组织机构的近现代化。
In modern times, “new music ” gradually rise, all kinds of modern music and drama organizations have been established. After the September 18th Incident, the music and drama world pushed the movement of music and drama to its climax, bringing the transformation of music and drama into the tide of the war of resistance and national salvation. During the war of resistance against Japan, Jiangxi Province established a local musical organ such as the Music Education Commission and the Jiangxi Provincial People’s Entertainment Steering Committee, which led the development of Jiangxi music and drama in this period. In dealing with the public music, the local music organs in Jiangxi Province managed the folk music drama trade associations, entertainment venues and industry practitioners. There was constant game between the two parties. While strengthening the administration of music administration, Jiangxi Province also promoted the development of folk music organizations Modernization.
