苏力教授的《窦娥的悲剧——传统司法中的证据问题》一文存在着两处明显的硬伤:一是不明白版本变迁,错把后人改动的剧本当作关汉卿所作,造成了失实;二是由于不能正确把握元杂剧的艺术特质,对关目情节进行了过度的文本细读,以至于过分泥实,混淆了文学作品与史料的界线。 Professor Su Li’s “Dou E’s Tragedy - the Evidence Issue in Traditional Judicial” has two obvious flaws. One is that he does not understand the version changes and mistakes the scripts changed by his descendants as Guan Hanqing’s. Second, due to the inability to correctly grasp the artistic characteristics of Yuan Zaju, the text of the Guan Yu episode was over-read in text so as to overstate the fact that it confused the boundary between literary works and historical materials.
