中华英才网第九期全国主要城市薪资水平排名显示,2004年上半年上海的年薪均值仍继续高居各大城市榜首,年薪均值为47634元,年薪中位数为36000元。北京第二,广州第三,而深圳的薪资排名下滑到排行榜第四,年薪平均值跌到40000元以下。近年来,上海经济形势喜人,加之上海市委、市政府对就业形势的重视,以及为促进就业而出台的相关政策,即办理《上海市居住证》和上海市户籍双轨并行,这都很大程度上刺激了上海高素质人才的引进,为上海经济的进一步快速发展提供了非常好的条件。上海已经逐步成为继深圳之后的人才新磁场,这些因素在一定程度上对各行业的薪资水平产生了较为明显的影响。值得一提的是,与上海薪资水平欣欣向荣的状况相比,曾风光无限的深圳薪资水平可谓黯然失色,前景不容乐观。近几年,与上海、北京等城市相比,深圳的经济发展中,大项目进展缓慢,导致固定资产投资规模不足,进而影响GDP增幅;另一方面,固定资产投资结构中,房地产投资积蓄了金融风险,隐藏了市场泡沫。受经济发展状况的影响,深圳白领人群的薪资水平或多或少受到影响,这一前景目前并没有改善的迹象。
