以煤矿带式输送机传动装置中的V带为优化设计对象,将优化设计思想与Matlab相结合,以V带带轮质量和最小为优化目标,利用外惩罚函数法对多排V带传动进行建模优化,求解出参数并用分支定界法确定其参数;运用Recur Dyn软件对多排V带传动过程进行运动学和动力学仿真。结果表明,优化设计的传动系统不仅使传动结构紧凑、质量最轻,且其运动特性和动力特性良好,能很好地传递运动,验证了其优化设计的合理性,为煤矿带式输送机传动带的设计与计算提供参考。
Taking the V-belt in the belt conveyor of coal mine as the optimal design object, the optimization design idea is combined with Matlab to optimize the quality and minimum of the V-belt pulley. The V-belt drive Modeling and optimization, the parameters are solved and the parameters are determined by the branch and bound method. The kinematics and dynamics simulation of multi-row V-belt drive are carried out by Recur Dyn software. The results show that the optimal design of the transmission system not only makes the transmission compact and has the lightest quality, but also has good movement characteristics and dynamic characteristics, which can transmit the movement well and verify the rationality of the optimized design. The design and calculation provide a reference.
