日前,北京市卫生局发布《关于确定北京市护士岗位管理试点医院名单及有关工作的通知》(以下简称《通知》)。根据《通知》,包括北京协和医院、北京友谊医院、北京宣武医院在内的24家大医院将试点护士岗位管理改革,不同的护理岗位将设立不同的准入门槛,明确相应的任职条件,护士需具备所要求的资质才能走上相应岗位。患者满意度将被作为护士绩效考核的指标之一。
Recently, Beijing Municipal Health Bureau issued the Notice on Determining the List of Nursing Staff Post Management Pilot Hospitals in Beijing and Relevant Work (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”). According to the Notice, 24 major hospitals, including Beijing Union Medical College Hospital, Beijing Friendship Hospital and Beijing Xuanwu Hospital, will pilot the reform of post management of nurses. Different nursing posts will set different barriers to entry, clarify the corresponding conditions for appointment, and nurses Need to have the required qualifications to embark on the corresponding post.
