班会,是沟通师生之间的思想感情,对学生进行思想教育的一种有效形式。上好班会课,对于培养良好的班风,建设一个奋发向上、具有集体荣誉感、团结友爱精神的班集体有着很好的促进作用。有的班主任不够重视发挥班会的作用,使班会课流于形式;有的班主任在班会上简单地采取批评方式,指责一些学生的缺点错误,甚至把学生一周来的缺点记在“帐本”里,在班会上一个一个地清算,不是批评这个,就是指责那个,使学生讨厌上班会课。这样的教育方式非但收不到好的效果,还可能产生负效应,导致学生对班会、对老师的抵触情绪。当然,批评是教育的一种手段。但批评必须得当,以不伤害学生的自尊心,激励学生的上进心为前题。
