英汉两种语言中隐喻的构建和理解的异同性反映了各个民族思维的异同性。因此,研究英汉两种语言的概念隐喻,比较其存在的异同,有助于培养和提高英语学习者的跨文化意识,增强跨文化交际能力。
The similarities and differences in the construction and comprehension of metaphors in English and Chinese reflect the similarities and differences of thinking among various nationalities. Therefore, studying the conceptual metaphors of English and Chinese and comparing their similarities and differences will help to cultivate and improve the cross-cultural awareness of English learners and enhance their intercultural communication skills.
