近日,国家发展计划委员会与交通部联合下发了《关于全面放开水运价格有关问题的通知》。通知规定:一、2001年5月1日开始,放开水运客货运输价格(不包括由军费开支和财政直接支出的军事、抢险救灾运输价格),实行市场调节价。具体价格由水运企业根据经营成本和市场供求情况自行确定,中央直属水运企业客货运输价格由企业报国家计委、交通部备案,其他水运企业的运输价格报相关省(市、区)价格、交通主管部门备案。二、由军费开支和财政直接支出的军事、抢险
