先天性黑蒙由Leber于1869年首先报告,故亦称Leber氏先天性黑蒙。本病是儿童致盲的常见原因之一。现将近年所见两个家系报告于后(附图)。
Congenital amaurosis first reported by Leber in 1869, it is also known as Leber’s congenital amaurosis. The disease is one of the common causes of childhood blindness. Now in the two families seen in recent reports (with photos).
